Choose Your Delivery Slot Carefully
Please select your delivery date and time slot with care. To preserve peak freshness, it is highly recommended that someone is available to receive the delivery and transfer the seafood directly into the refrigerator or freezer.
Need a Specific Delivery Time?
We understand that standard slots don't always fit a busy schedule.
If you require a specific timing:
Leave a detailed request in the Order Notes at checkout.
Our team will contact you directly via phone or email to confirm if we can accommodate your specific timing before we dispatch your order.
Missed Deliveries: What happens if the driver arrives and no one is home?
If no one is home, our driver will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, the items will be returned to our facility to prevent spoiling, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

If you instruct our driver to leave the package at your door or with building management, HHFF PTE LETD will not be held responsible for any damage, spoilage, or quality loss caused to the produce. Because fresh seafood requires immediate refrigeration, leaving items unattended is done entirely at your own risk.
