Size/Weight: Each Pack weighs approx 150g. Individually vacuum-sealed for freshness.
Storage Instructions: Keep frozen at or below 0°F (-18°C). Do not refreeze once thawed.
Prep Instructions: For best results, thaw overnight in the refrigerator. For a quick thaw, submerge the sealed fillet in cold water for 15-20 minutes.

Please select your delivery date and time slot with care. To preserve peak freshness, it is highly recommended that someone is available to receive the delivery and transfer the seafood directly into the refrigerator or freezer.

Our team will contact you directly via phone or email to confirm if we can accommodate your specific timing before we dispatch your order.
Missed Deliveries: What happens if the driver arrives and no one is home?
If no one is home, our driver will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, the items will be returned to our facility to prevent spoiling, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
